Job Summary:

We are hiring an organized and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. This role is perfect for someone who is people-oriented, detail-driven, and passionate about supporting HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes including job posting, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups

  • Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documentation

  • Support onboarding and orientation of new hires

  • Assist in organizing training sessions and company events

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures

  • Track employee attendance, leave records, and benefits

  • Help maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 1+ year of experience in an HR or administrative support role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People, or similar)

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

  • Experience supporting payroll or employee benefits administration

  • Intermediate skills in Excel or Google Sheets
