Job Summary:
We are hiring an organized and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. This role is perfect for someone who is people-oriented, detail-driven, and passionate about supporting HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- 
Assist with recruitment processes including job posting, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
 - 
Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documentation
 - 
Support onboarding and orientation of new hires
 - 
Assist in organizing training sessions and company events
 - 
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
 - 
Track employee attendance, leave records, and benefits
 - 
Help maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies
 
Requirements:
- 
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
 - 
1+ year of experience in an HR or administrative support role
 - 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 - 
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
 - 
Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People, or similar)
 - 
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
 
Nice to Have:
- 
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

Experience supporting payroll or employee benefits administration
 - 
Intermediate skills in Excel or Google Sheets
